Server Alerts
Description
The Server Alerts gadget displays alerts for a server that you have selected from the Server List on the dashboard. This page is a subset of alerts for the selected server whereas as the details page displays all types of alerts for the server. An alert with a red icon indicates that the server has critical issues that require immediate attention, and an alert with a yellow icon indicates that the server has some issues that may not require immediate attention.
You can click the View link of an alert to go to the PTC support site and get details on the issue that resulted in the alert. You can also select an alert and click Acknowledge to indicate that the problem is noted. After you acknowledge an alert, the alert is removed from the page and the server status of the selected server is updated.
