Accessing the Dashboard
Before you can view your data in the dashboard the requirements listed below must be met:
You have a global support account with PTC.
After successful installation of the IPA Agent, it takes a maximum of 24 hours for the data to be visible on the dashboard.
To access the dashboard for the first time:
1. Open a web browser and type https://support.ptc.com on the address bar.
2. Log in using your account credentials.
3. Click My Company > Add Portlet The Portlet Chooser appears.
4. Click My Connected PTC Products. The My Connected PTC Products portlet appears with access to Performance Advisor for PTC Lifecycle Manager.
5. Under My Connected PTC Products, click Performance Advisor for PTC Lifecycle Manager to open the PTC Performance Advisor for PTC Lifecycle Manager dashboard.
After you add the My Connected PTC Products portlet, you can open the dashboard by clicking Performance Advisor for PTC Lifecycle Manager from the PTC Support page on all future visits to the page.
