Browser Support for Performance Advisor User Interface

Using Performance Advisor for PTC Integrity Lifecycle Manager > Accessing the Dashboard > Browser Support for Performance Advisor User Interface

You can access the Performance Advisor user interface using the following web browsers:

Internet Explorer 10.0	Yes	No	No

Before you run Performance Advisor on Internet Explorer 10.0, complete the following steps:

1. Click

Internet Explorer > Alt > Tools > Compatibility View Settings. The Compatibility View Settings dialog box opens.

2. Under Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View, remove ptc.com.

3. Clear the Display all websites in Compatibility View check box.

4. Click OK.
