PTC Mathcad worksheets display and calculate your work. When you start PTC Mathcad, a new worksheet page opens. You can start entering equations, text, and other elements anywhere in the worksheet. You can customize and design your worksheets with headers and footers, and you can change the display of gridlines and page margins.

To enter math and other elements in a worksheet, you first insert a region. The regions in your worksheet contain the element data. The following region types are available:

You can have several worksheets open simultaneously. Each open worksheet is placed in a new tab below the Ribbon. To display a worksheet, click its tab. To close a worksheet, type Ctrl+W.
