About Axes and Tick Marks
You can change the axes scaling and location. You can also edit and customize tick marks and tick mark values.
Changing the Axes Scaling and Location
You can set the plot axes to have either a linear scale or a logarithmic scale. By default, the axes scaling is linear.
You can change the location of the axes crossing. It has the following default location:
At (0, 0) if it is within the range of the plotted points
At the bottom left if (0, 0) is not within the range of the plotted points
At 0 on one axis and to the bottom or to the left if 0 is within the range of the plotted points for one axis only
Setting the Axes Limits and Intervals
You can edit three tick mark values on each axis. The editable tick marks control the lower limit, upper limit, and the tick mark interval of their axis.
Customizing Tick Marks
You can toggle the display of tick marks and tick mark values, which are by default visible. You can also customize tick mark values. They have the following default settings:
Result Format—Decimal for linear scales, and scientific for logarithmic scales
Show Trailing Zeros—Off
Display Precision—Three decimal places
