1. On a plot, click the unit placeholder of the axis expression to scale. A cursor appears.
2. Type a real number or an expression that evaluates to a real number. If you insert a variable or a constant, you must change the label accordingly.
3. Press Enter. The tick mark values of the axis are now scaled by the real number.
Additional Information
• You can scale each expression in an axis placeholder by a different value.
• To calculate the x value or y value of a point, read its value on the relevant axis and multiply it by the scaling factor found in the unit placeholder of the axis expression that defines the point.
