There is a new 2D plot application for creating and formatting 2D plots.

Benefits and Description
You can perform the following actions with the new 2D chart application:
• Insert one or more chart components into your worksheet.
• Send plot data to those components.
• Open the PTC Mathcad Chart application by double-clicking the plot area of a chart component. The chart application is activated out-of-place, to access comprehensive options for plot formatting.
This new chart component and chart application are provided with existing Mathcad plotting to provide flexibility on how you want to present data in the worksheet. For example, you can create quick plots to check spot data or fully formatted plots to convey the information to the consumer of the worksheet.
